The enchants applied by a priest by casting spells on a given item can also be done by GM

1. activate wand
2. rightclick item
3. item -> Enchants
4. set desired enchant AND desired Power
5. set more enchants if needed (not all will work at same item at the same time and may result in an error printed in event window (ie BoTD and VoA can't be on same item)

Power of 104 is normally max value, but may be altered depending on mods installed on server
